【Temperature sensor connection PIN, thermistor brass PIN. Brass square PIN】
The PIN pin for temperature sensor connection is the core component for sensor power supply, signal transmission, and functional expansion. Different types of temperature sensor PIN pins have clear division of labor, and the core uses can be divided into the following categories:
1、 Basic power supply PIN needle usage
Power input PIN pin (VDD/VCC): provides working power for the sensor, compatible with a wide voltage range of 3.0V~5.5V, and some models support specific voltage inputs of 3.3V/5V to ensure the normal operation of the internal temperature measurement circuit of the sensor.
Grounding PIN pin (GND): As a system reference ground, it forms a complete power supply circuit, stabilizes the circuit level, and avoids temperature reading jumps caused by unstable grounding. It is an essential basic pin for all sensors.
Parasitic power supply reuse PIN pin: Some single bus digital sensors (such as DS18B20) can be directly powered through the data PIN pin, without the need for an independent power PIN pin, simplifying wiring and reducing hardware costs.
2、 Purpose of signal transmission PIN needles
Digital Communication PIN Pin (DQ): A single bus interface core pin that enables bidirectional communication through a single data cable. It not only transmits control instructions from the microcontroller, but also returns digital temperature data, supporting parallel networking of multiple devices.
Analog output PIN pin (VOUT): a dedicated pin for analog temperature sensors (such as LM35), which outputs a voltage signal linearly proportional to Celsius temperature. For every 1 ℃ increase in temperature, it outputs a voltage of 10mV and is directly connected to the MCU's analog acquisition port.
Universal GPIO docking PIN pin: It can directly connect to any GPIO pin on the development board without the need for additional conversion circuits, and is suitable for rapid prototyping development on mainstream hardware platforms such as Arduino and Raspberry Pi.
